Eat all the pizza! I love these classic flavors so much. How was the texture of the crust after cooking? One of my problems with homemade pizza is a crackery crust.

The best way I know to avoid it is to either use a sponge for the dough or let the dough sit several hours at room temperature to get the cultures to ferment some. Oh, dear! Your photography is just so stellar! A simple pizza elevated to high art! And immortalized so that you could nosh that pie with little to no guilt!
